		<description>I personally find firefox to be the most effective website with the smallest cache. Also as stated before you can do a force full refresh by holding down shift and clicking refresh.</description>

		<description>Man, we&#039;re still dealing with browser wars...what a joke. I would be ok with it if everyone adhered to the W3C protocol and then added bells and whistles to make their browser &#039;better&#039;, but designing for multiple forms is crazy.</description>

		<description>Personally I simply notify users when some of their submitted content is not shown yet due to caching, I&#039;ve yet to hear any complaints, same goes for downtime, so long as they know why things are happening the way they are they&#039;re usually OK with it.

Feedback to your users can save you lots of complicated work. ;)</description>
